Some just want to buy our products e.g. hosting plan, and do everything themselves.

Here’s a few frequently asked questions that might answer everything you want to know.
We don’t provide this service, however we provide content planning docs to clients who are doing the writing themselves to help guide you – or we can recommend copywriters if you want something written professionally.
We work with some wonderful companies that can provide you this service. Once you are happy with your brand, they will send us everything we need to complete your website and keep it inline with your new brand.
Honestly, the sooner the better! At the moment we plan 1-2 months ahead so it’s beneficial to have a chat early on, so you can plan your best course of action.
You bet! We understand that websites can be costly for most people starting out. It’s also costly to an existing company who are trying to level up. We offer a 3-month payment plan option (+10%), so please let us know you want to do this when booking in with us.
If you pay fully upfront, the process can take 4 weeks, however, if you do a 3 month payment plan then it will take 12 weeks. We will take you through everything we need and hold you accountable. Once the design is complete, you will have three opportunities to make any changes and amendments. After this, we will charge for changes (that’s never happened yet!). A go-live date is picked and you can promote and announce to the world you have a new website!
Typically, we plan our work 1-2 months ahead depending on workload. The wait time comes in handy for our clients to make sure they have all their prep work complete in time for their start date. Don’t worry, we have a process to go through to ensure you haven’t missed anything out.
